Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job brief

Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and retain high quality talent, contributing to the ongoing success of the company. Individual with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
  • Maintain a talent pool of candidates for each role using Applicant Tracking System
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs in different platforms
  • Source through various channels, such as job boards and professional networks, to find candidates who match the desired skills and qualifications
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants` relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and attitudes
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated and engaged
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Promote company`s reputation to attract high-quality candidates
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or relevant
  • Experience: From 3-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Certificates: (SHRM), (HRCI), (CIPD), (CPTD) are preferred
  •  Languages: Fluency in English
