Sales Engineer

Job brief

We are Looking for a qualified Sales Engineer to manage and expand customer base and managing client inquiries to develop sales opportunities and promote sustained sales growth to achieve company sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present proposals to clients
• Define, monitor, and control production projects
•  Actively participate in continuous improvement activities to improve Company processes and products
•  Develop customized coating solutions in coordination with RTSD
• Review clients’ tender documents/isometrics drawings and specifications
•  Develop Techno-commercial proposal to clients
•  Ensure that all clients are supported in resolving field application problems
• Conduct laboratory or on-site analysis when required
•  Obtain raw material prices from suppliers for costing purpose
• Generate material forecast needs documents
• Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date
• Coordinate review of project requirements and specifications with other departments
• Actively promote all product lines to meet the goals and expectations as defined in the sales plan
• Arrange with concerned departments for production scheduling
• Monitor Operations and delivery time per project
• Develop a sales strategy with the support and guidance of the Sales Manager
• Update the proposal log
• Ensure and monitor that follow-up of sales leads, inquiries and proposals is carried out
• Advise his senior on project development and risks
• Expedite material deliveries, invoice problems with accounting and quality requirements
• Conduct research into the market and client/potential client securing marketing resources to support delivery of sales development activity
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineer, Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer 
  
•  Experience:  Entry level (0-3 years)
•  Language: Fluency in English
