Junior Mechanical Engineer

Job Brief

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems and components. You will assist in product development, perform engineering analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage moderate project Bill of Materials (BOMs) and support production teams
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, production, and quality departments
• Perform full product lifecycle activities: design, develop, prototype, test, and implement
• Design mechanical systems and components that meet operational requirements
• Integrate ductwork into AutoCAD or Revit models
• Conduct experiments, analyze test data, and validate theoretical designs
• Solve technical challenges by identifying and producing effective solutions
• Modify designs to improve performance, reliability, and safety
• Estimate project costs and scope
• Prepare technical reports, product documentation, and test evaluations
• Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated with engineering innovations

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experiences

Languages: Professional in English

Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Experience with CAE and CAM tools
• Familiarity with engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation)
• Strong understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science
• Mathematical computing skills (Excel, MATLAB, or similar)
• Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
• Technical communication and technical writing skills
• Analytical and data interpretation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
